Puppies Behind Bars - Dog Tags

Even though I am not interested in promoting this site created for P&G by NBC Universal, I was excited to find that Puppies Behind Bars, the organization I volunteer for, had an in-depth feature. Through the Puppies Behind Bars program, inmates and puppies, have teamed up to change the lives of disabled veterans, click here, to see how you can help match a service puppy with a disable veteran in need. America is one of the yellow labs in the program.

DE to DC for Savor

Just another beer and food tour for us! I was so excited to finally make it to Dog Fish! I have been interested in Sam and his story since American Beer Movie. It's incredible to see how his Brewery has grown and also hit capacity. Dog Fish Brewery in DE, on tap:

I bought a pack of Limited Release Immort Ale, brewed with peat-smoked barley, juniper berry, vanilla, maple syrup & aged in oak and a Seasonal Releas, Festina Peach, a neo-berliner weisse fermented with peach juice.

We then went to the original Brewery to see the Randall in Rehoboth Beach.

Savor: an American Craft Beer & Food Experience wasn't a favorite beer event of mine, but the stand out for sure is the beer from New Albanian Brewing Company.
