Buddakan NYC

Shaun and I were lucky enough to be treated to multiple plates at Buddakan NYC by Lon Symensma. Lon was a Chef I met through Darren during my second visit to Buddakan. He is young, passionate and truly inspiring because of his passion for what he does, and the food he creates. This was my best experience so far at Buddakan, but was so stuffed, I left with a Buddha belly! We loved the duck so much so, I said it was one of the best five dishes I have ever had. It was incredible to experience the creations of The Chef. Thanks again! Hope to be back soon!
