Time Out Walk Urban Hike, the other Fifth Avenue walk

I'll never forget this day.

I am in training for my Olympic Peninsula experience so needed to get in my mileage, but in NYC what to do?! It's called Urban Hiking! After a brunch at Relish, Shaun and I decided we would follow TONY's Fifth Avenue urban hike but we would start in Williamsburg. This means we walked from Williamsburg, Brooklyn to Bay Ridge, Brooklyn, just in time to see the sun set too.

The walk included a stroll of Brooklyn's Fifth Avenue, from beginning to end. The various ethnic neighborhoods along Fifth Avenue was incredible, it's like each stretch was it's own little city. Some of the stops along the way included, Apropos Cafe, Old Stone House, Green-Wood Cemetery, Sunset Park, Sweet Delights (Lebanese delights), Shore Parkway Promenade at the Verrazano Bridge.

We even saw other Urban Hikers, and we beat them to the finish.
